TERMS OF CONTRACT

  • Customer agrees to pay all charges from Classic Limousine and will be held responsible for all damages caused by party during charter.
  • There is a $500 cleaning fee for any vomiting in or on vehicle.
  • No minor may consume alsohol during charter.
  • Smoking is prohibited in Limousine; there is a $100 fine for any smoking violation.
  • It is unlawful to stand up through sunroof while Limousine is in motion.
  • Customer agrees to pay full fare if customer cancels run less than 72 hours prior to schedule pick up date.
  • There is a non-refundable deposit to hold the car.
  • Overtime will be charged out at scheduled rates per hour.
  • Classic Limousine reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or to terminate a charter.
  • Aiport customers - Every effort is made to call ahead to assure that your flight arrives on schedule - we allow a 1/2 hour for you to deplane and retrieve your luggage. Additional waiting time will be charged $25 every half hour beginning with the first 20 minutes past the first half hour.
